Ngan Siu-Mui's Cursive Script Calligraphy — 2007
Su Shi's poem [Ding Feng Bo]
Inscription
Don’t listen to rain’s pattering on leaves.
Why don’t I shrill while strolling along?
Rattan-cane and straw-shoes beat horse-ride.
There’s nothing to be afraid of.
I brave through rain in life with coir raincoat.
Mildly cold spring breeze sobers me up,
and I feel a bit chilled.
I’m greeted by sunlight shining aslant from hill.
Looking back at desolate place where I came,
I will return,
notwithstanding there’s rain, wind or shine.
